Please be aware that the Yarraville Festival is a public event held in open community spaces, and as such, photography and videography may be conducted throughout the Festival area.
Public Notice of Media Recording

Opting Out or Concerns
If you do not wish to appear in photos or video, please speak with a member of the Festival team or the person operating the camera at the time. We will do our best to accommodate your request where practical.
While we cannot guarantee complete exclusion from wide or crowd shots in public spaces, we take privacy concerns seriously and are happy to discuss reasonable adjustments.
Children and Young People
We are particularly mindful of filming or photographing minors. Parents or guardians who have concerns about images involving children are encouraged to contact the Festival team.
