Exciting Entertainment & Activities
The 2025 Yarraville Festival was a true celebration of local creativity, culture, and community — and it set the stage perfectly for what’s to come in 2026!
Music and Performances
Last year’s festival brought Yarraville’s streets to life with an incredible mix of sound and spirit. Local bands, choirs, and dance groups filled multiple stages with high-energy performances that had everyone tapping their feet and joining in the fun. From indie artists to community ensembles, the diversity of talent captured everything that makes Melbourne’s inner west so vibrant.
A highlight once again was the Greek precinct, where visitors experienced the joy of traditional rebetiko and Pontian music, Zorba dancing, and mouth-watering Greek cuisine — all courtesy of our wonderful local restaurants and cultural groups. The precinct has become one of the most loved parts of the festival, offering a unique blend of culture and community connection.
With multiple live music stages, dance performances, and colourful roving entertainers, the festival created an atmosphere of non-stop energy and excitement that will return even bigger in 2026.
Kids’ Zone – Fun for the Youngest Festival-Goers
Families enjoyed a dedicated Kids’ Zone designed to keep little ones laughing and learning all day long. From amusement rides and games to creative workshops, face painting, and storytelling, it was a day filled with imagination and joy. Expect even more interactive fun next year!
The Famous Dog Parade
No Yarraville Festival would be complete without the Dog Parade — a crowd favourite that brings wagging tails and endless smiles. Last year’s parade saw an amazing turnout, with adorable costumes, clever tricks, and plenty of four-legged flair. It’s one of those moments that truly captures the heart and humour of our community.
